Finance Lead - NEST Central
NEST are recruiting a Finance Lead to provide financial support to schools within the Trust. You will join an already established finance team with over 20 staff. Previous experience of working in a finance environment is essential.
The role involves providing financial support to the central trust and partner schools, whilst ensuring that Trust financial processes and procedures are followed. The role will be line managed and supported by the Head of Hub Finance. As the role involves travel to other school locations, access to your own vehicle is essential.
Salary: Commensurate with experience S9 range (outer London)
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 36 hours a week, 52 weeks a year
Start date: Autumn 2024

Office Administrator - Joydens Wood Junior School
Joydens Wood Junior School are looking to appoint an Office Administrator on a job share basis to support their busy school office. The successful applicant will need to have previous administrative experience, preferably (although not essential), from working in a school and using SIMS. The role will involve providing front of house services and general clerical and administrative support to the school. Amongst other admin roles, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing admissions, Single Central Record, attendance and the school website.
Support staff in schools make a strong contribution to ensure the smooth operation of the school on a daily basis. They assist the senior leaders and other members of staff with administrative tasks. They provide excellent welfare support, so all pupils feel safe, secure and happy at our school. They support and are involved in the constant development of the school in all areas and aspects.
Joydens Wood Junior School is a successful, vibrant school, a school where children come first. After School Club Manager - Alexandra Infant School
Alexandra Infant School are looking to appoint a Manager to run their After School Club. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the after school club at Alexandra Infant School for children aged 4-7. It will involve the planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes ensuring activities and resources are safe, high quality and suitable to the needs of the children and in accordance with policies and procedures. You will lead a team of staff and work with the parents to meet their needs. The Manager will be the first point of contact for all parent/carer queries, informing what information is held on the club website and manage the club telephone number.
Alexandra Infant School, is a two-form entry school, with specialist autistic provision, at the heart of the local community. We are a Rights Respecting School that celebrates achievement, both personal and academic. We work closely with Alexandra Junior School to ensure a smooth transition for Year 2 children.
