What is our Talent Pool?
Our Talent Pool is a register of skilled individuals who can step in to provide interim cover for vacancies or staff absences across our schools. It’s ideal for those who want to contribute their expertise without committing to a permanent role or have the chance to be considered for a permanent position.
Who Can Join?
Current Trust Employees: You’ll receive a casual or supply contract and be added to our confidential register. When cover opportunities arise, the school will contact you and you can determine if the role is suitable to your schedule.
New Applicants: If you're not yet employed by the Trust, we will consider your application for both cover roles and any new vacancies that match your profile.
